Not worth the price
This is the second time I've ordered steaks from Swiss Colony. While the delivery time was normal, the filet mignons were brown. It came in a small box with dry ice in it, the quantity absolutely does not outweigh the price, meaning this product is worth half of what I paid for it, of 85.99.

Absolutely terrible!
I have purchased this before and it was really good but this time it was terrible, barely edible. You could that meat was already brown, it was tough and grislely. NOT WORTH $85.99!! i WON'T BUY IT EVER AGAIN!!!

fat is good
The Fat is the best part!!! I'm 65 years old, and have been eating fatty foods all my life. Food just don't taste right if there is no flavor, and FAT produces the flavor. Toooooo many people are going lean. Thats ok as long as the food is cooked with the fat attached.....then trim the fat off

Expensive lesson learned!
So very disappointed. We had these steaks and burgers with out of state guests and the steaks were just terrible. Lots of silverskin which rendered them inedible. A very expensive lesson learned.
