Very Disappointed
Cooked this on my wife's birthday and cooked it per the instructions.(This side up, temp., etc.) What came out was a burnt, black, resemblance of a volcanic rock! The bag exploded and made a stuck mess of the pan. Seriously expensive lesson, cook your own method; I have cooked many a brisket in the past. Tender filet, you ruined the evening...

Not worth the price
The brisket was stringy and full of fat. I'll never order it again. I threw away $69.

Excellent
When I first saw the Brisket I was like great this isn't gonna be good and I paid a fortune for it. But I cooked it for Easter and it was awesome, tender, down right delicious and well worth the price. You all out done yourselves on that one. A1

Easy to cook
For those whom don't want to pick their own brisket and own seasoning it was very good. Great alone, nice leftovers for sandwiches, salads, taco's. So many things you can do.

Question & Answer
can you cook brisket the day before you need it, if so, best way to reheat?
Hello. Keep your brisket in the bag it's packaged in. It's designed for your oven.
Thawing: Thaw in the fridge overnight or until completely thawed.
Oven: Place the product in a roasting pan with at least a 2-inch depth. This is to prevent any juices from escaping the bag and making a mess in your oven. This will also make it easier to remove the product from the oven.
Bake for about 6 hours in a 275°F preheated oven. Remove from the oven and let cool for at least 15 minutes before cutting open the bag. Open the bag and serve. Use the juices from the bag for a delicious "au jus."

The brisket, can you put in a crockpot to heat instead of the oven? Also the same for the Roast.
Hello,
Yes, you may heat the Brisket in a slow cooker. We hope this information is helpful.
