  • OMG!!!

  • The tomahawk rib-eye is my favorite cut of steak. I've purchased them both online and in stores as well. This is one of the best I've tasted thus far. It is pricier than the others, but it was well worth it for the tenderest tastiest steak I've had THIS YEAR! I marinated mine in Weber's Black Peppercorn marinate for 3-4 days in a sealed bag, then seared it in a cast iron marked grill pan on both sides; then placed it in a hot oven for 10 minutes. WOW!!!
