Not even low end steakhouse quality
Just got order in after taking 5 days to arrive .dry ice was evaporated but steaks were still frozen.the paper thin rib eyes were awful!I can get better quality meats at my local family owned meat market.i grilled one of the New York strips tonite and thought i had got the top sirloin! Way overpriced like all the companies in this group including monkey wards, crusty swiss colony,and the rotten Wisconsin cheeseman!

S&H is major disappointment
I just did a complete price comparison with the same size steaks that QVC sells (Kansas City steaks). QVC doesn’t charge any S&H, whereas the Tender Filet screws you with the enormous S&H charge. When you factor in the overpriced cost at the Tender Filet, combined with the S&H your paying NEARLY DOUBLE the price that QVC sells them for. I should’ve done my research BEFORE buying at the Tender Filet, via Swiss colony . Never again. Lesson learned. Goodbye , Swiss colony and Tender Filet, and hello QVC

Terrible!
The meat was TERRIBLE! The price made it worse! Wish I could give it negative stars. the steaks were paper thin; seemed like the T-bone was sliced in thirds. Taste was...nasty. Texture was horrible. Bad bad bad!

Love it. Gave me a chance to try thrm and then pick which we like the best. Very tender and juicy. The only thing I would like to note is that the Sirloin Steak has more nerve and gristle to it. Filet Mignon will be enjoyed on Valentines Day. Will be ordering more soon. Love the butters
