Not good
I was so excited to make this today. Followed directions and it turned into a muck. It unrolled whilst cooking and the flavor was awful. Never again. I will say this is the first bad thing I've had from Tender Filet. Very let down.

Sooooo Delicious!
I went outside my comfort zone and paid a premium price for both of these roasts. Tried the bleu cheese version last night and I have to say, it was worth every penny! Cooked it according to the directions included, and the roast came out perfectly! A lovely medium rare with a truly spectacular filling that was an amazing compliment to the tender and flavorful beef. Would highly recommend!

while it had no instructions or recipes on the website, i cooked it at 315 for an hour. The spinach and cheese filling stayed in the roast. The meat was tender and perfect. I will buy this agian

The USDA recommends that the beef roast minimum internal temperature reaches 145 °F (62.8 °C) – Please note that the cookbook will have general cooking instruction sections.
