Rated 2 out of 5 by from Expecting something more tender than this Ribeyes are my favorite steaks, which is why I ordered these. While not shoe leather, they weren't as tender as I expected either. Considering the price for these, I am fairly disappointed. These were the perfect size for me to have when I was on my own for dinner and it's grieves me that between the cutting and the chewing, it's way harder than it should be.

How should U prepare these?

Hi, Grilling or broiling: Have your flame on high. If you’re using charcoal, it should be glowing red, and you’re grilling directly above it. Pan searing: Use a well-seasoned cast-iron skillet. Preheat it until it’s smoking hot, then add enough butter and oil (to help keep the butter from burning) to lubricate the pan, and add the steak as soon as the butter is sizzling. Use tongs to turn the steak, and NEVER use a fork to test for doneness. USDA recommends cooking to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F…so get out that meat thermometer.
