Hmmm?
I bought a while ago and I wasn't that happy with the results.....it was very fatty. Not where it should have been but in between. It was good as far as flavor but it was not what I expected for the price. But everyone is entitled to a mistake. I bought two one for the holidays, for those don't like turkey.....I hope it was just a miss cut.....

Prime Rib Roast
The bag was torn and meat was freezer burned even after it was cooked it tasted freezer burned and had hard pieces at the ends of the roast. Compared to last years roast, this one was quite disappointing.

I have mine, I ordered it for the holidays that are coming up, It's in the cooking bag, can someone tell me how long and what temp to cook it at, It's the larger one. TYIA , 1st time ever making one.
HI darlene, Keep your roast in the bag. Thaw completely in the frig. Place roast in a roasting pan with at least a 2 inch depth. Bake at 315 degrees for approximately 1 1/2 hours. Let cool for 15 minutes before opening the bag. Open and serve!
