Enjoyed it
I purchased this over the Christmas holiday to give us something different for the holidays. It was tasty and enjoyable. There was a small amount of fat, but that can be cut away, plus it provided taste. Meat was nicely seasoned and I didn't have to do a thing. I enjoyed this purchased despite the bad revenues, I rather judge for myself. Would purchase again.

Overly seasoned with salt and pepper. More than half of this roast was fat. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. I have requested a refund.

PER-POUND ROASTING TIME PLEASE
Your guide that you send with the order says to roast @315, but you DO NOT SAY FOR HOW LONG PER POUND FOR DESIRED DONENESS.
I wanted mine rare, took a guess (my first prime rib roast EVER), and ended up with well-done. Not happy about that.
That being said, it was still tender, and delicious, but nowhere near as delicious as it would have been if it had been rare, as I wanted it and intended it to be..
