Flavor
Tha garlic/mushroom stuffing was too strong. I removed the stuffing but the strong flavor stayed in the meat.

Pictures are NOT worth a thousand words
I was excited to try something new for Christmas dinner, not the usual turkey or ham. These steaks were no better than the ones at the local grocery. I feel badly writing this kind of review, but it was said by the entire group we had for dinner. The steaks just didn't have the taste of a prime cut.
