Great selection of meat
Bought two months ago and very surprised that the steak tastes so good even after being frozen.

Tough and almost no flavor
As soon as I saw these I had a feeling they were going to be bad. The gristle running down the side makes most of the meat unusable. The coloring was almost black and there is no flavor to these. Never again.

Question & Answer
Is a top loin Manhattan roast actually filet mignon?
Hi Theresa,
Manhattan cut is a traditional steak. Filet Mignon roast would be referred to as a Chateaubraid.
