Big disappointment
Have had many Hamilton Beach products and this is the first one that is a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! Single serve side worked fine but this am went to make a pot of coffee and had water running all over! After cleaning it up discovered there was a big crack in the side that holds the water. Great way to start my morning!

Not good product
I bought this it works for the one cup not the 12 cup the glass wS broke at bottom n never got it replace and I not paying for another I can only use one part. ... and I'm stuck with an item that's broke

Very slow & manual.
This coffee maker takes atleast 3 minutes to brew a single kcup. It was 10 minutes the first use. You cant choose your brew size. You have to manually fill your cup with the amount of water you want every time, pour it in the reservoir, press the brew button and wait.You'd be better brewing a whole pot just to save time with this one. My glass pot was broken upon opening, so I can't comment on how well that part works.

Love, love, love this coffee maker!
I have absolutely loved this coffee maker. It's perfect for a pot of coffee in the morning, already made and waiting for me when I get up, and then in the evening instead of making a full pot and wasting it (or worse, drinking it and being up all night), I just push a button and it makes me a single cup perfectly. I also love the way it looks, very stylish. My only complaint is it is a little pricey, but I would still recommend it to my friends.

Disappointed!!
I have had this coffee maker for less than 6 months. I am not even done paying for it yet...and today it decided to stop working. I loved this pot and all the functions. Hoping I can get a replacement.

Does it use a coffee filter
Hello. The Hamilton Beach Flex Brew 2-Way Coffee Maker does require a filter for the carafe side but not for the K-Cup side. Thanks for reaching out.
