I thought they came made up into patties already & it was a little too spicy for my taste buds so I gave it to a friend, they haven't tried it as of yet so they can't reply on the taste. I didn't like that it came in a frozen block also & I had to let it thaw halfway so I could make it into patties myself. Not happy about that
