Bad smell from
Bad smell
I recently got a 7-71/2 lb rib roast, which I have previously purchased a full rib roast and had no problem with this year the Roast I received had an unsealed package and when defrosted had a bad smell. Which left me with little options for my Christmas dinner. I would not recommend getting the half rib roast.

Perfect for Mother’s Day
The prime rib was very good, but WHY was half of the fat cap cut off down to the meat? I followed the Tender Filet cookbook instructions and the beef was still very undercooked. I bought a meat thermometer for the future

Very very sad
Brought 2 differnt times bone in prime rib was not tender at all either time the first time was excellent not so good 2 or 3 very disappoint!!

Not prime
Unfortunately I was looking to prepare a PRIME rib father's day dinner but sadly the meat had a lot of gristle and the flavor wasn't as goid as the voice standing rib I usually buy at publix my regular supermarket. Sorry not even close to my expectations.
