Thawing: DO NOT THAW—KEEP FROZEN.
Deep-Frying: Preheat fryer to 350° F. Place frozen cod portion in fryer for 4-5 minutes until golden in color. Do not over cook. Drain and serve.
Baking: Preheat oven to 425° F. Place cod portion (uncovered) on a baking sheet and bake for 16-18 minutes until golden in color.
