To Fry: Place bacon in unheated skillet. Cook over Medium-Low heat. Turn frequently until achieving desired crispness. You will notice less shrinkage than with other brands.
To Microwave: (based on a 1000-watt microwave) Place bacon slices side by side between layers of paper towel on microwaveable plate. Cook on High for the following approximate times:
- 2 slices—2 minutes
- 4 slices—4 minutes
- 6 slices—6 minutes
