Spray baking pan with nonstick spray. Place roast in baking pan seam side down. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake at 350° F to an internal temperature of 165-170° F.Frozen:
2 hours 15 minutes covered, uncover and bake for 15 to 20 minutes longer.Thawed:
1 hour and 45 minutes covered, uncover and bake for 15 to 20 minutes longer.Grilling:
Spray foil with nonstick spray, wrap foil around Tur-Duc-Hen lightly and place on grill. Grill to an internal temperature of 165-170° F with a grill temperature of 350° F.
