Keep frozen until ready to prepare and thaw in the refrigerator as follows:

|4-4 1/4-lb. Roast||48 Hours|
|6-6 1/4-lb. Roast||72 Hours|
Prepare roast by rubbing entire surface with a seasoning of 1 1/2 tsp. salt and 2 tsp. dried ginger. Cut 1/2" slits on the surface and insert a bay leaf in each slit. For an alternative seasoning, simply try seasoning the surface with garlic powder and rosemary.Oven:
Place roast uncovered in a 325-350° F oven. Do not add water. Allow 35 minutes per pound or until internal temperature reaches 170° F. Remove bay leaves.
Serve roast, thinly sliced, with tart fruit such as fried apple rings or spiced cinnamon apples.
Sweet potatoes, applesauce and potatoes are also especially good served with pork.
