Lean steak is sliced thin, then grilled with special seasonings, peppers and onions.
Serve it on a hoagie roll with provolone or cheese sauce—the Philadelphia way—or top with pizza sauce. Recommended serving size is 4-6 ounces.
Thawing: DO NOT THAW KEEP FROZEN.
