Stuffed Cornish Hen

 

Thawing: DO NOT THAW—KEEP FROZEN.

Preparation: Remove hens from packaging. Place on greased baking pan. (For easy cleanup, line the baking pan with foil and then grease the foil.) Preheat oven to 350° F. Bake for approximately 70 minutes or to an internal temperature of 170° F.
