Salmon Cakes

 

2 c. cooked, flaked salmon or canned salmon (drained(
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
2 beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. butter

Flake salmon in a medium bowl and stir in the cracker crumbs, beaten eggs, salt and paprika. Form into 6 cakes. Heat butter in a skillet and sauté cakes until brown.
