Butter Sauce

 

This butter sauce is delicious with lobster or any type of crab or crab claws.

Melt 6 Tbsp. butter and add 1 Tbsp. lemon juice and 1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel.

Variations: Omit lemon juice and peel, and add any of the following to the melted butter:
  • 1 clove minced garlic, 1 Tbsp. brandy or dry white wine and 1 tsp. parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • Dash of garlic powder or 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed tarragon
