This butter sauce is delicious with lobster or any type of crab or crab claws.
Melt 6 Tbsp. butter and add 1 Tbsp. lemon juice and 1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel.Variations:
Omit lemon juice and peel, and add any of the following to the melted butter:
- 1 clove minced garlic, 1 Tbsp. brandy or dry white wine and 1 tsp. parsley
- 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
- Dash of garlic powder or 1 minced garlic clove
- 1/2 tsp. crushed tarragon
