Swiss Steak with Chef Wave's Sauce

 

Thawing: Thaw in the refrigerator 24 hours.

Oven: Preheat oven to 350° F. To season the steaks, use a generous amount of salt and pepper. Bring a large skillet up to a medium temperature and place steaks on the skillet. Brown the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side. Next, transfer the steaks to a baking dish and add 1/8 to 1/4 cup water. Cover the steaks with Chef Wave's sauce before placing in the oven. Bake steaks in the oven at 350° F for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with mashed potatoes, egg noodles or any of your favorite sides.
