Stuffed Pork Chops

 

These generous, thick-cut chops are filled with a delectable bread stuffing made with apples, celery, onion, sage and thyme. For a hearty meal, serve with your favorite potato or rice dish.

Thawing: Thaw in refrigerator overnight.

Preparation: Sear in butter or margarine until brown, then place in a baking dish covered with foil. Bake in a 350° F oven for 60 minutes.

  • This pork chop was surprisingly great. I loved them, my family loved them. No mess, no fuss. I put them in the slow cooker for 2 hours over some veggies, it was great. Highly recommend.
