Spice Rubbed Hanger Steak Mini Tostadas

 

1 Tbsp. cumin
1 Tbsp. smoked sweet paprika
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. oregano
2 Tbsp. thyme
1 tsp. kosher salt
2 five-oz. Tender Filet Hanger Steaks
A dozen or so round corn tortilla chips

Combine the first seven ingredients to make the spice rub. Liberally coat the steaks with the rub and grill to desired doneness. Let the steaks rest for about ten minutes. Slice into 1/4 inch slices and place a slice on each tortilla chip. Garnish them with your favorite tostada toppings (guacamole, sour cream, salsa) and dig in!!
