The meat itself and cooking is excellent, but the seasonings used detract form the flavor of the roast.

Important: Product is fully cooked. Simply remove slices from plastic wrapping and heat to an internal temperature of 165° F.Storing: Prime Rib Slices are shipped frozen. They will keep in your freezer for up to 3 months. Before heating, thaw the desired number of slices overnight in your refrigerator. LEAVE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING.Microwave: Remove slices from plastic wrapping. Cover the slices loosely with plastic wrap on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave thawed slices according to chart below:
