I wasn't happy with the burgers. I felt that the price was too high for what I got.
Storing: Buffalo Burgers are shipped frozen. They will keep in your freezer for up to 6 months. Before cooking, thaw the desired number of burgers overnight in your refrigerator. LEAVE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING.Preparation: Cook bison as you would any lean meat. Lightly coat with your favorite oil to prevent meat from sticking to the grill or pan. Bison usually cooks quickly. Cook 4 minutes per side or until done. (160° F internal temperature.)Stovetop: Use a medium-high heat for 2 minutes to sear both sides and then reduce heat to medium-low to complete cooking.Broiler or Grill: Cook over medium heat, checking frequently to avoid overcooking. 8-10 minutes for a medium steak.
