Sad to say I was unable to even try. Swiss colony shipd this via USPS - United States Parcel Service and the mail person left on the porch as it did not fit in the mail box (despite being marked perishable).Florida 95+ degrees - need I say more! On the positive side...once I was ab le to contact customer service (not available on weekends) the customer service representative was superb. She understood my frustration as I also ordered burgers and they were left at the complex off without notice and thawed by the time we located their whereabouts. She promptly credited my account for both products. First time I used Tender Filet always go to Omaha Steaks and have never had an issue. Possibly sometime in the future I may be brave enough to try again.
