Flash frozen to keep vegetables crisp. Simply, thaw them, broil or grill.

Thawing: Thaw overnight (12-18 hours) in the refrigerator.

Cooking for Both Sirloin or Chicken Kabobs: Grill or Broil 10-15 minutes turning frequently.

Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165° F.
