Salmon FiletsPreparation: Season the salmon filets with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.Broil/Grill: Lightly oil the grill grate. Cook the salmon on the grill until the fish flakes easily with a fork, 5 to 10 minutes. Broil in oven for 5 to 10 minutes.Halibut FiletsPreparation: Preheat broiler/oven or grill to medium-high heat. Rinse any ice glaze from frozen Alaska Halibut under cold water; pat dry with paper towel. Brush both sides of halibut with oil. Place on a spray-coated broiling pan or well-oiled grill, 5 to 6 inches from heat. Cook 9 minutes for frozen halibut OR 5 minutes for fresh/thawed fish. Turn halibut over and sprinkle with seasoning salt. Cook an additional 5 to 6 minutes. Cook just until fish is opaque throughout.
