The best thing about your crab is the open shell. You can get to meat with no problem and enjoy.

This was amazing. So easy to pull right out of the shell. The meat was moist and tender. Just a perfect touch to a gatherine of friends. So classy! Even better than lobster.
The icy waters off the coast of Alaska yield one of the greatest seafood treasures: Alaskan King Crabs. These sweet, tender Crab Legs are completely cooked and cleaned, ready to serve broiled with butter sauce.Thawing: Thaw slowly to preserve the crab's delicate flavor. It is best to thaw in the refrigerator overnight the day before serving. Never defrost by running water over the package.Preparation: Brush with butter and place under a preheated broiler. Broil 3-5" from heat for 3-4 minutes. Brush again with butter. Serve with additional butter if desired.NOTE: King Crab Legs and Snow Crab Legs are glazed with a layer of ice to ensure freshness. This is not an indication of freezer burn.
