Scallop Shells
From Frozen: Bake at 350° F for approximately 20-22 minutes. Ovens vary adjust cooking time as needed or until product reaches internal temperature of 165° F.

Deviled Seafood Stuffed Crab Backs
From Thawed: Place shell side down and deep fry for 4 1/2 to 5 minutes at 350° F.

From Frozen: Bake in preheated conventional oven at 400° F for approximately 25-27 minutes; or for 20-22 minutes at 350° F in convection oven. Ovens vary—adjust cooking time as needed or until product reaches internal temperature of 165° F.
