Thawing: Keep Frozen - Do not Defrost.

Oven: Remove plastic lid. Preheat oven to 350° F. Place tray on baking sheet on center rack of oven. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until internal temperature of 165° F is reached.

Microwave: Not recommended.
