Flat Iron cuts are some of the most tender cuts of beef — second only to the Tenderloin. "Discovered" recently hidden within the traditional chuck roast, Flat Irons are big on taste and completely trimmed, for all the hearty, beefy flavor. Try them grilled, broiled or pan-fried (approx. 1/2" thick). Six ounces. Items are shipped frozen in a reusable insulated cooler containing dry ice.
