"Discovered" recently hidden within the traditional chuck roast, Flat Irons are big on taste and completely trimmed, for all the hearty, beefy flavor. Try them grilled, broiled or pan-fried (approx. 1/2" thick). Six ounces. Items are shipped frozen in a reusable insulated cooler containing dry ice.
