Didn't like these at all.
Thawing: DO NOT THAW—KEEP FROZEN.Preparation: Remove hens from packaging. Place on greased baking pan. (For easy cleanup, line the baking pan with foil and then grease the foil.) Preheat oven to 350° F. Bake for approximately 70 minutes.
