I ordered these and my family loves them! We have had them baked, grilled and fried and they are wonderful! These cook up juicy and not at all dry like some we have tried.You won't be disappointed!
Thawing:Keep frozen. Thaw in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours when ready to prepare.Grill:Pork Porterhouse is excellent grilled. Grill over medium to medium-high heat, browning meat on all sides for approximately 20 minutes.Suggested Grilling Times for Pork Porterhouse
