I have noticed a change in the quality of the TenderFilet! The lamb chops were no different then if I bought them at a supermarket! Tough, small. It appeared they were cut wrong or something. Not at all like the normal product from The Tender Filet!

The cuts came in various sizes from bite size to normal size. After I received my first package, I had to order an additional package just to ensure I would have sufficient pieces for my dinner.

I have ordered lamb before and it was excellent, but this time it was not worth the money-chops were very small and cooked up tough. I cooked the same way as last time, and that was excellent, but this time it was a disaster. I find lamb direct from Australia has been tough, so is that your source this time. I stopped buying lamb overseas and this tasted like that lamb did-tough and no taste.
