Mexican Meatballs

Mexican Meatballs

 

1 lb. Tender Filet Ground Sirloin
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 Tbsp. cumin
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. minced garlic
2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
Juice of 1/2 lime
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 egg

Combine all of the ingredients and mix really well. It's easiest to use your hands or a tabletop mixer with the dough hook attachment. Roll into 1 to 1 1/2 inch balls. Place on an oiled baking sheet making sure they are evenly spaced. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes and enjoy!
