Marinated Duck Breast

 

Thawing: Thaw overnight (12-18 hours).

Convectional Oven: Bake 30 minutes per pound at 350° F.

Pan Fry: Score skin of duck breasts. Place breasts skin side down in a pre-heated nonstick skillet and cook for 10 minutes. Turn and cook other side another 6-8 minutes. For skinless breasts, cook on each side 4-5 minutes.

Note: Breasts should be cooked to an internal temperature of 155° F.
