Lobster Meat

 

Our pure white, clean Lobster Meat is perfect for Lobster Thermidor, Lobster àla Newburg, seafood salads, pasta dishes or Paella. The only limit is your creativity!

Thawing: Thaw lobster overnight in refrigerator. Blot excess moisture from thawed lobster prior to preparation.

Broil: Arrange thawed lobster pieces on an ungreased pan. Brush with melted butter and broil for 5-8 minutes, or until firm and snow-white.

Boil: Add frozen lobster pieces to boiling salt water. Return to a boil; allow to boil for 1 minute and test doneness of a larger piece. If not done, continue to boil briefly until larger pieces are firm and snow-white through to the center.

Sauté: Arrange thawed lobster pieces in a hot pan with a small amount of melted butter or oil. Sauté, turning several times, for 5-8 minutes or until firm and snow-white.
