Lemon Breaded Cod Fillets

 

Truly mouth-watering! Tender, flavorful cod fillets are coated with a blend of bread crumbs, lemon, spices and a touch of zesty pepper.

Thawing: DO NOT THAW—KEEP FROZEN.

Preparation: Bake breaded-side up in a preheated 450° F oven for 15-18 minutes until fillets flake easily. For added crispness, broil the last 3-4 minutes at 8" below broiler. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve with tartar sauce, if desired.
