Shrimp come in many sizes, shapes and qualities, but you would have to visit a seaside shop to find shrimp more delicious and fresher tasting than Tender Filet Shrimp. Plus, they arrive peeled and deveined. Enjoy them chilled with lemon and cocktail sauce or broiled in butter and herbs.

Arrange shrimp in a single layer on an ungreased pan. Brush with melted butter, margarine or oil. Broil for 5-8 minutes or until firm and snow-white.Boil:
Add frozen shrimp to boiling, salted water. Cover and return to boiling, then remove from heat immediately. Rinse in cold water until cool. Drain and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour prior to serving.NOTE:
Raw shrimp are opaque gray; cooked are snow-white, dappled with an orange coloring.
