Grilled Spice-Rubbed T-Bone

 

Yield: 4 servings

4 Tender Filet T-bone steaks
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. smoked paprika
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Coat the steaks with the oil and spices. Place the steaks in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Grill over direct heat of a hot grill, about 5 minutes per side for medium rare.* If you want to add a little extra zip to your T-bones (or any other steak) brush with some of the Bold and Smokey Sauce in the last minute of grilling.
*Remember that the steak will be less cooked closer to the bone.
