Flatiron Pineapple Kabobs

 

2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. minced ginger
2 six-oz. Tender Filet Flatiron Steaks cut into 18 pieces total
18 pineapple chunks
6 six" bamboo skewers

Combine the first four ingredients to make the marinade. Alternately thread the flatiron and pineapple onto the skewers. Lay them in a flat pan or dish and pour the marinade over the top. Let them marinade for two or three hours making sure to turn them several times. Grill over medium heat for about 4 to 5 minutes per side.
