Duck Leg Quarters in Port Cherry Sauce

 

Thawing: Keep Frozen - Do not defrost.

Oven: Preheat oven to 350° F. Remove plastic film. Place tray on baking sheet on center rack of oven. Cover with foil. Cook at 350° F for 1 hour and 30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165° F.

Microwave: Not recommended.
