Crab-Stuffed Sole

 

This elegant seafood entrée is an all-natural white sole fillet, wrapped around a mouth-watering blend of crab meat, bread crumbs, onion, celery, bell peppers and delicate spices.

Storing: Keep frozen until ready to use.

Preparation: Preheat oven to 450° F and brush frozen sole with melted butter or margarine. Bake on a greased cookie sheet for 22-25 minutes. (If thawed, brush sole with melted butter or margarine and bake on a greased cookie sheet at 450° F for 15 minutes.)
