Our glazed Butterflied Lobster Tails are sweet, succulent and so very easy to prepare.
For best results, cook from a frozen state.

Preparation: Each portion is already glazed. If extra moistness is desired, add wine, court bouillon or water to the baking pan. Cover the pan with aluminum foil or microwave-safe film. Halfway through the cooking process, brush with butter.

Doneness: As soon as the color of the flesh changes from translucent to white throughout, the tail is fully cooked. If additional color is desired, finish under the broiler. DO NOT OVERCOOK!
