I absolutely loved the Beef Wellington. I was easy and relatively quick to prepare (only took 35 mins. in the oven). The fillets were extremely tender and the pastry very flaky. Not being a pate lover I was a little wary, but the liver pate was delicious. It was definitely worth the price. I'll order it again, and next time I might not wait for a special occasion as an excuse.

This is mouth watering, the pastry is so flakey, the pate has an extraordianry explosion of flavor and the filet is so generous and tender. A bit expensive but well worth the occasional treat.

This superb entree is all prepared for you and is so easy to pop in the oven and serve. This was my first experience with Beef Wellington. It was so delicious - I had to order more.It is so tender and suculent - a real treat.

A mouth full of excitment is what you will find in this product. And yes you don't even need a knife.
Oven: Preheat oven to 425° F. Remove the frozen portion from its bag. Rebrush with beaten egg if a higher glazed appearance is desired. Place on a cookie sheet sprayed with a vegetable oil spray for easy cleanup, with portions spaced 2" apart. Remember, puff pastry expands when cooked. A sheet pan liner works well under this product (do not use aluminum foil). Place in preheated 425° F. oven and bake for 10 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 350° F. and bake for an additional 25 minutes. The desired internal temperatures are:
